The Creative Soul Weekend
Friday Night Coffeehouse
We work together with you to turn your church or venue into a cool, inviting coffeehouse featuring coffee, pastries, and some smooth sounds for a Friday night. It's a great event to host for your church or company family and community, and gives parents a wonderful (and different) relaxing option of evening entertainment. A perfect compliment to a dinner out, or just a time out. If you have a worship band, they become the "house" band, and open the night with whatever music you'd like to do (worship, pop, standards). Then Eric and his band take over, sharing his message of Creativity playing familiar hymns, worship tunes, and originals in a smooth jazzy style that your folks will love.

Fees and Expenses
While events are different each time and fees can vary greatly, here is a guideline for what we suggest for each event:

Event	Standard Fee
Jazz Club/Coffeehouse (w/Band)	Starting at $2,500 plus travel expenses. This pays for Eric and all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.). Could also come without band for discounted cost.
Church Service (Solo/Band)	Generally we do not have a set fee for a church service but depend on love offerings from the church. Especially for a solo situation, this is totally up to the church, although we do ask to be able to set up a table for product sales. For a band, it will depend on if we are in the area and there is not a travel charge.
Creative Soul Weekend (w/Band) NEW!	Contact us for pricing. Cost will usually pay for all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.). Could also come without band for discounted cost.
Church Concert (Solo/Band)	Starting at $500 for Solo, and $2500 for Pro Nashville Band plus travel expenses. This pays for all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.).
Background Music (Solo/Band)	Starting at $500 for Solo, and $2500 for Pro Nashville Band plus travel expenses. This pays for all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.).
Event (Solo/Band)	Starting at $1000 for Solo, and $2500 for Band plus travel expenses. This pays for all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.).
Speaking/Teaching Engagement (Solo/Band)	Starting at $1000 for Solo, and $2500 for Pro Nashville Band plus travel expenses. This pays for all band members. Some backline may be required (Drums, mics, etc.).

(All events assume and require adequate table and space for CD and product sales. Sales assistant is appreciated.)

Solo or with Band
As a solo artist, Eric will bring his keyboards, with backing tracks. This is good for quiet situations where drums might be too much. But in most cases, and for most events, you will want our 4-5 piece group with drums, bass, keyboards, and guitar. This not only adds energy, but for jazz creates the right mood and spontaneity.

What You Can Expect
Eric has been doing this a very long time, almost 30 years performing, ministering, and speaking. He's a consummate professional (as you can read about on his references page), and will be the perfect compliment to your event. His band also consists of professional, working musicians. You can be assured that they will be courteous, friendly, helpful, and accommodating at your event.

Backline (Things We'll Need)
If we are flying to your event, you will need to provide a drum set, bass amplifier, keyboard amplification, guitar amp, and a sound system with microphones. If it's a solo situation, Eric will just need a sound system with microphone, and input for his keyboards. We'll always need a product table with a white tablecloth available for product sales.

Travel Expenses
We request that hotel accommodations be made for each member of our team that is working the event. Also, either gas for travel, air travel, and/or rental cars should be covered as well. If the event is within 3-4 hours of Nashville, TN, we prefer to drive to that event. Food per diem or provided meals would be nice, but are not a deal breaker.
